According to the development of hearing device, more and more manufacturers produced the rechargeable hearing aids, and the final users also prefer the rechargeable hearing aids when they have the hearing problem.but why will that happen, there is some reasons for reference:
1.Easier for use
Disposable batteries are very tiny. The packaging can be complicated. If you have poor dexterity, whether from injury or age, that could be a deal-breaker. With rechargeable, you simply place the devices on the charger before you go to sleep. When you wake, you’ll have all-day power. It is very easy to operate and convenient. Especially for elder people who are Inflexible.
2.Safer for children and pets
Disposable batteries are the perfect size and shape to entice tiny hands and mouths. If swallowed, however, they’re extremely dangerous. Rechargeable hearing aids, which should be either in your ears or in the charger at any given time, are far less likely to be accidentally swallowed. If there are children and pets at home together, the rechargeable hearing device will be a better choice, and do not need to worried the accidents.
3.Environmentally friendly
One rechargeable hearing aid goes through one battery a year (give or take, depending on the model). One traditional hearing aid goes through 100 or so disposable batteries in the same amount of time. That’s a lot of waste, also not good to the environment protection. At present most hearing aids use the zinc-air battery, but the zinc-air battery contains a high concentration of electrolyte (KOH, which is highly alkaline and highly corrosive). Once leakage occurs, it will corrode the nearby parts of the battery, and this corrosion may be irreparable and fatal. Moreover, there are holes in the battery, and the storage time of the battery after activation is very short, so the zinc-air battery is more prone to battery leakage. When using zinc-air batteries, replace the exhausted batteries in time, check the battery condition frequently, and remove the batteries when not in use for a long time.
4.Better for streaming
Using Bluetooth and streaming audio drain your hearing aid batteries faster. If you plan to use either one often, rechargeable are a better bet. Instead of going through disposables faster, you can simply recharge your hearing aids. Also help to cut down the cost for using hearing device.
